Based on the success of the store, it was decided that the business would be franchised in 1999 and Cash Express UK Ltd was formed as its franchising division. The first franchise was opened in July 2000 and has now grown to 14 including 2 corporate sites. It offers a range of products and services including cheque cashing, salary advance, instant cash, pawn broking and money transfer.

    Took over half an hour to get through to Cash Express customer service - on my lunch hour, then was disconnected during a transfer, will have to call back on my landline after work, not very happy!
